1st day
The journey starts from the Romanian border (cca.190 km). The group is wellcomed by the Romanian Guides, somewhere after Boron. They drive towards Oradea, and make a short stop at the thermal baths, after Cluj Napoca, before dinner. Also in that time they will visit thegothical Saint Michael`s Church. Overnight accomodation in Cluj Napoca.
2nd day Cluj Napoca – Targu Mures – Bistrita- Campulung Moldovenesc – Suceava
After breakfast, the group goes to Targu Mures, where they will see the most interesting and important historical objects there, during a city tour. Afterwards, they will visit the cityBistrita with its three towers rising to the sky. Then, tourists are driven to CampulungMoldovenesc, in the proximity of Suceava, where they will spend the night.
3rd day Campulung Moldovenesc – Piatra Neamt – Bicaz – Brasov
This day is completely dedicated to the monasteries in Moldova area. The group will visit :Moldovita Monastery, Sucevita, Voronet, Agapia (the most populated monastery in Europe by nuns). In the afternoon, the guide leads their way to Bicaz and Miercurea Ciuc, and then Brasov.Dinner and overnight accomodation in Brasov or Predeal.
4th day Brasov – Predeal – Sinaia – Bucharest – Constanta
After breakfast, tourists will have a short city tour in Brasov. First, the visit to Bran Castle- Dracula`s Castle, then the Peles Castle- the summer residence of the Royal Family. InBucharest – “Paris of the East”- the group will visit the Village Museum, Palace of the Parliament -the second largest building (as surface) in the world-after the Pentagon, and the MetropolCathedral. From Bucharest the group travels towards Constanta, to see the Black Sea`s Coast.Dinner and overnight accomodation in Constanta or Mamaia, Eforie or Neptun.
5th day
After breakfast, tourists have a free day for bathing in the Black Sea`s waters.
6th day Tulcea – The Danube Delta
At first tourists will have breakfast. Then, they will go on a trip in the Danube Delta. After 5-6 hours of steamship through the delta`s channels, where they will see a lot of birds, they will have lunch with fish courts at the bord of the ship. Dinner in a hotel on the Black Sea`s coast.
7th day
Breakfast in the morning. At 18.00 o’clock, the group travels towards Eforie Nord, where at 19.00 o’clock they will see the folklore program and have dinner.
8th day
Breakfast in the morning. At noon – 13.00 o’clock- the group goes to Murfatlar. Where the weinprobe with meal takes place at the hotel.
9th day
Breakfast. Today the group goes to Pitesti and Sibiu. On the way, they will visit the Cathedral and Monastery of Curtea de Arges. Lunch. Dinner and overnight accomodation inPitesti/ Ramnicu Valcea.
10th day
Tourists will have breakfast, and then they will travel to Cozia Monastery. From here, they go exploring Sibiu area, with its medieval centre. Late in the afternoon, the group reachesSibiu. Dinner and overnight accomodation, here in Sibiu.  |
