Round tour in Romania

1st day:

Arrival and transfer to Constanţa. Dinner and overnight stay in Mamaia or Eforie Nord (or a hotel of the same category).

2nd day:

After breakfast, you will be driven to Bucharest, capital of Romania. (Driving duration approx. 3 ½ hours). Lunch will be taken in the restaurant Dorobanţi. In the afternoon, a city tour along with a visit of the Village Museum. Dinner in a restaurant with folklore program. Overnight stay in Bucharest.

3rd day:

After breakfast, a journey to Braşov. On the way, we attend to the former royal residence „Peleş palace“ and the monastery of Sinaia. Further on the way leads us from the Carpathian Mountains valley to Braşov, known also under the old name Kronstadt, the second largest town of Romania. After lunch. a visit of the „Black Church“. The journey continues to Bran where the famous castle of count Dracula is, and to Poiana Braşov, the best known mountain place (winter sports!) in the Carpathian Mountains. Dinner in the restaurant Coliba Haiducilor where you will be served Romanian specialities. Overnight stay in Sinaia/Predeal.

4th day:

After breakfast, a approx. 3 ½-hrs journey of interesting rock formations from the Keys of Bicaz to Piatra Neamţ. Lunch will be taken in the restaurant Ceahlăul. The journey continues to Suceava. On the journey to Suceava the monasterys of Agapia and Văratec will be visited. Dinner and overnight stay in Suceava.

5th day:

After breakfast, you will attend the monasterys of Moldoviţa, Suceviţa and Voroneţ which will inspire Anschl. The journey continues to Marginea, known for manufacturing black ceramics. Lunch in a small restaurant in Rădăuţi. Now the journey leads us to Iaşi, the former capital of the Moldavians. Dinner and overnight stay inIasi.

6th day:

After a short breakfast, you will make a city tour and attend the church "Trei Ierarhi". Anschl. The journey continues to Vaslui. Lunch. Here you can also try some of Moldavia's known wines. From here, the way leads us to Tulcea. On the way, a small break with soft drinks. Dinner and overnight stay in Tulcea

7th day:

You will spend the day in one of the last big scenery paradises of Europe, the Danube delta. Early, you will already be taken by ship to Crişan, a peninsula (ship journey approx. 3 ½ hrs) where you will take lunch in a fish restaurant. On return, the journey leads us by the narrow Danube canals, past untouched sceneries with an extensive plant and bird world. (Return journey approx. 4 hrs). Dinner in restaurant Delta in Tulcea. The journey continues after approx. 2 ½ hrs to Constanţa. Overnight stay at the hotel in Mamaia or Eforie Nord in the booked hotel for the long stay.

8th day:

Return to UK or the beginning of the resorts on the coast.
